Accessibility Statement

Skien fritidspark has completed the ''Web Content Accessibility Guidelines'' checklist for the accessibility statement!

In October 2022, the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) launched a platform for accessibility statements on uustatus.no. All public sector enterprises are required to publish such a statement on their web pages as of February 1st, 2023.

The accessibility statement is a self-declaration about the extent to which our web pages meet the requirements for universal design of information and communication technology (ICT)!

It is important to Skien fritidspark to work continuously to improve accessibility, including by providing activities suitable for all, regardless of disability, and giving everyone easy access to our web pages. Among other things, we have integrated the fantastic tool ReadSpeaker on the web site, which reads aloud and translates text with adjustable speed and sound levels!
